The blues are looking to sign former England international Robert Green on a short-term deal, according to the Daily Mail reports. The 38-year-old was a part of the Huddersfield side last season that avoided relegation but is out of contract and is a free agent. The report claims that Green would provide competition as a third-choice keeper and would also boost the home-grown quota of the Blues. Green has played for numerous clubs in England including Leeds United, QPR, Norwich City and West Ham United.
